20/11/19: Radio Dabanga - Juba peace talks between Sudan govt, rebels postponed

Radio Dabanga reports that the second round of peace negotiations between the Sudanese government and the armed rebel movements, scheduled to start in the South Sudanese capital of Juba on 21 November , has been postponed.

The delay is attributed to “the commitment of some of the armed movements to workshops related to the peace process,” according to Tut Galwak, the chairman of the South Sudanese mediation team.

The talks will instead resume on December 10.
